Dr. Flanagan grew up in Luzerne County. She attended the University of Scranton, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in biochemistry and a minor in psychology. At the University of Scranton Dr. Flanagan and was involved in numerous clubs and honor societies. She continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). She was a member of the Epsilon chapter of Delta Sigma Delta fraternity. At Horizon Dental Care, Dr. Flanagan practices as a general dentist using the foundational concepts of dentistry, while also incorporating contemporary technological advancements in the field. Dr. Flanagan is excited to return to the Scranton area with her husband to continue her practice of dentistry. Her interests outside of dentistry include reading, spending time with her family and friends, listening to good music, and trying to determine, once and for all, the best pizza spot in NEPA.
