I had a great experience at Horizon Dental, the technician that did my X-rays was professional and took the X-rays efficiently. The doctor put me at ease, explaining what needed to get done. And the support personnel were very friendly.

The staff at the Hawley location are top notch. Same day appointment as I was having the worst pain.

Same day procedure too! They made it the most comfortable experience to figuring out the root of my problem and pain. What we thought was going to be a root canal turned into an extraction.

Arrived at my appointment, and was greeted immediately by the front desk with a friendly smile n a really nice welcome. I felt at ease, and comfortable.
As I was waiting to get my checkup I looked around, and was very pleased to see how super clean everything was!

The whole office staff, dentist, and hygienist have always been accommodating, friendly and eager to answer my questions with a listening ear. My teeth feel great after a cleaning and they make me as comfortable as possible for caps and root canals. A BIG PLUS is they allow me to set up a payment plan for costly procedures too. All this makes me a very happy patient!
The modern equipment is such a joy! The x-rays don’t hurt a bit- be gone cardboard cutting old fashioned x-rays!
